The management of DOQSYS Business Solutions Zrt. declares and records its commitment to operate and continuously improve a system in compliance with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. This system is intended to support the high-quality and effective execution of the activities within its scope and applies to the core business activities as well as all related activities supporting their implementation.

  • Expert and consulting services related to the sale, implementation and support of ERP software supporting corporate digitalization
  • Expert and consulting services related to the introduction of cloud-based procurement, e-procurement and public e-procurement processes and systems
  • Expert and consulting services related to the implementation of cloud-based supplier invoice processing processes and systems
  • Outsourced intelligent data extraction, certified electronic conversion and archiving services for supplier invoices and other documents

 

Scope of the Quality Management System – Personnel Scope

Covers all employees of the organization acting within their job responsibilities or based on individual assignments.

 

In order to achieve these objectives, we commit to the following:

  • Commitment to quality management is the responsibility of management at all levels
  • Ensuring that all employees are familiar with the Company’s Quality Policy, the objectives of the quality management system, its structure and the methods of its implementation
  • Providing the necessary resources, within the available possibilities, to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the management system, and to meet customer requirements in an appropriate and cost-efficient manner
  • Continuously assessing the needs of interested parties and operating our processes in alignment with these needs within the framework of the quality management system
  • Ensuring commitment to quality and a quality-oriented corporate culture through continuous training and motivation of employees
  • Taking customer perspectives into account when introducing new activities, modernizing existing ones, and developing services
  • Establishing quality expectations towards our suppliers and striving to select partners who meet these requirements
  • Continuously improving our management system based on the knowledge and experience gained
  • Complying with applicable legal requirements, decrees and other commitments undertaken by the Company
  • Maintaining close and continuous relationships with our partners to assess their quality expectations and to review our performance in terms of quality
  • Ensuring that all employees of DOQSYS Business Solutions Zrt. comply with this Quality Policy, as well as to the provisions of the Integrated Management Manual and related documents, and ensuring that these are understood and applied.
