B2B Marketing Trainee

Join us as a Marketing Intern, and support the DOQSYS team in building the sales pipeline and executing marketing activities! We are looking for a student who is interested in marketing, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is motivated to develop in a business-oriented environment.

Responsibilities, evolving with your skills and development:

  • Supporting the daily and weekly marketing processes at DOQSYS
  • Identifying target companies based on predefined criteria (e.g. revenue, headcount, local ownership)
  • Researching and identifying decision-makers (CEO, CFO, CPO, CIO) from various sources
  • Maintaining email lists and preparing personalized outreach campaigns
  • Managing LinkedIn activities: connection requests, messages, and post scheduling
  • Preparing blog posts, short marketing content, and messages
  • Tracking campaign results and preparing reports
  • Close collaboration and continuous communication with the sales team

We would like you to have:

  • Active student status at a college or university
  • High level of accuracy, independence, and logical thinking
  • Strong written skills and confident communication
  • Confident computer skills (Excel, LinkedIn, Google tools)
  • Interest in marketing, communication or business informatics

If you recognize yourself in the following description:

  • You are an experienced SAP MM and SRM user and are familiar with procurement processes. You enjoy sharing your experience and knowledge with others.
  • You want to develop professionally and personally, and are willing to continuously improve your skills to achieve this.

Join us as an SAP expert and help our clients develop their digital procurement processes!

We are looking for a professional who is experienced in SAP MM and/or SRM modules, has a good understanding of procurement processes, and is open to continuous professional development.

Tasks that will evolve based on your knowledge:

  • Participation in SAP implementation and development projects
  • Finding solutions and providing advice in operating systems, taking into account best practice recommendations
  • Planning, testing, and implementing efficient procurement processes based on the SAP solution portfolio
  • Liaising with customers and providing professional advice in line with best practices

We would like you to have the following:

  • Experience with SAP MM and/or SRM (at least 2-3 years)
  • Knowledge of procurement processes (S2P, S2C, P2P)
  • Communicative level of English, both spoken and written
  • Openness to continuous training and obtaining certifications
